How do I cancel my Casting Networks subscription?
Go to Account Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription and disable auto-renew or cancel. Your profile stays but you lose the ability to submit.
Cancelling Casting Networks is straightforward if you know where to look.
To cancel:
- Log in and click your name or avatar in the top-right.
- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel or Turn off auto-renew.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens next:
- If you paid annually, you keep access until the end of your current paid period, then lose the ability to submit.
- Your profile stays up and visible in CD searches even on a lapsed account (though some plans restrict this).
- Media (photos, videos, skill clips) stays on your profile — no need to re-upload if you return.
A heads-up:
Casting Networks sometimes auto-bills even after cancellation signals if you only disabled auto-renew but the current period hadn't ended. If you want to fully stop charges immediately, explicitly cancel (not just disable auto-renew).
To delete your profile entirely:
Contact support@castingnetworks.com. There's no self-service profile deletion.
Before you cancel:
If you've been submitting, wait out any active casting processes. You don't want to lose access mid-callback or mid-audition-slot-selection.
