How do I cancel my Actors Access subscription?
Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage. You can turn off auto-renew or cancel outright. Your profile stays but drops to the free tier.
Cancellation is straightforward, but there's one gotcha worth knowing.
To cancel:
- Log in and open Account Settings (top-right menu).
- Click the Subscriptions tab.
- Find your active plan and click Manage or Cancel.
- Turn off auto-renew, or cancel outright.
What happens to your profile:
Your profile isn't deleted when you cancel. It drops to the free tier — you keep your data, but you lose unlimited submissions, may lose some media slots, and some paid features go away.
The gotcha:
Credits you've pre-purchased don't expire, but once you're on the free tier, you'll need credits to submit. If you're cancelling because you're taking a break, it's reasonable to cancel and keep credits on file for occasional submissions.
To fully delete your profile:
Contact Actors Access support directly — there's no self-service delete button. Note that casting directors may have cached your headshots or resume, so deletion won't remove you from everyone's memory.
Before you cancel:
Check if there are active projects where you've already submitted. You don't want to lose the ability to follow up or book audition times if you've been shortlisted.
