How do I share my Showcast profile?
Go to your profile and copy the URL from Share Profile. It's app.showcast.com.au/profile/[your-id] and works without a login.
Every Showcast profile has a public URL that anyone can view without logging in. Use it as your shareable casting link.
To find it:
- Log in and open your profile.
- Click Share Profile or Copy URL (top of your profile page).
- The URL format is app.showcast.com.au/profile/[your-id].
- Copy it.
What's on the public page:
- All your photos
- Showreels and skill clips
- Credits (by year and category)
- Agent info
- Vitals (age range, gender, ethnicity, height, base, availability regions)
- Skills and training
- PDF bio if uploaded
What's NOT on it:
- Your direct contact email (unless you've chosen to display it)
- Your home address
- Private notes between you and your agent
Use it:
- Paste into your Acting Resources actor site as one of your profile links.
- Include in your email signature.
- Share with casting directors directly when requested.
- Add to your Instagram or LinkedIn bio.
Tip:
The public Showcast URL is more useful than a PDF bio for most purposes — it updates automatically when you add new credits, photos, or clips. If you're sending a PDF to a casting director, consider sending the Showcast link instead (and mention the PDF is available on request).
For representation pitches:
Agents and casting directors want to see your Showcast link, not just a CV. Always include it.
